If I get blisters on my feet during exercise?

Frisbee is a sport that many people like. After playing, many people's feet should have more or less wear and tear. Today I will share a set of healing tips for sports blisters (including treatment and prevention). I hope it will be helpful to you. Go and try it.

Method:

1. If blisters are caused by grinding, if the outer skin has not fallen off, do not tear it off, otherwise it will recover slowly. First, rinse the wound with alcohol (good effect) or iodine (painless).

2. After one minute, rinse off the iodine on the surface with saline (saline is painless), wipe it dry with a dry cotton ball, and then use the foot blister sticker on the wound, you can wear socks normally.

3. If the outer skin has not fallen off, it should be very painful to walk after the treatment; if it has fallen off, it will be a little painful, so take more rest and avoid walking for a long time. In addition, if there is tissue fluid in the blister, the bulging type, you can use a small needle to pick it open first, prick it with a sterilized needle, and then use the same method as above.

In my own experience, I trained for six hours a week before the Frisbee game and got two big blisters. After treatment, they healed in 3-5 days and I felt no pain when running. I also put on blister patches for two days before the weekend game. There was no skin damage after the game. It is really useful. If you are suffering from blisters now, go and try it.

How to prevent blisters?

1. Choose suitable shoes: When exercising, choose shoes that fit well, and are comfortable and breathable to reduce friction between the soles of your feet and the shoes.

2. Use suitable socks: Choose soft, breathable, and sweat-absorbent socks to reduce friction between the soles of your feet and the socks.

3. Control exercise time: Arrange exercise time reasonably to avoid long-term continuous exercise that causes excessive pressure on the soles of the feet.

4. Strengthen foot muscle training: By strengthening foot muscle training, you can improve foot strength and endurance, thereby reducing the risk of blisters.

Exercise is one of the important ways for us to pursue a healthy life. But while enjoying the joy brought by exercise, we must also pay attention to protecting our bodies. When encountering problems such as blisters on the soles of the feet, we must take correct treatment measures in time and strengthen prevention work. I hope today's sharing can be helpful to everyone!
