Ms. Ge , 39 years old, gave birth to a second child . On January 6, 2022, a hysterectomy was performed, and the incision was not healed well after the operation. On February 18, 2022, after the surgery was disinfected with iodophor, it was covered with a disposable wound dressing.

Wound Assessment:

On March 29, 2022, the patient complained of local traction pain. After removing the dressing, it can be seen that the incision still oozes blood and exudate, and 3 ulcers (the larger one is about 1.5 cm*1.5 cm*0.3 cm) have not healed.

Dressing after:

1. Disinfect the local wound and surrounding skin with iodophor, and let it dry.

2. Clean the wound with iodophor with a saline cotton ball.

3. According to the shape and size of the wound, cut the silver ion dressing and fix it on the wound, and then fix it with an ultra-thin hydrocolloid sticker.

Follow-up evaluation:

2022-04-04 The wound surface is clean, the granulation tissue grows well, and there is no obvious local oozing and exudation. Continue to change the dressing according to the above method.

1. Clean the wound:
