Acne redness, swelling, and hard lumps that won't go away?

Acne, this little thing that people love and hate, always appears on our faces silently, leaving indelible marks. Especially those red, swollen, and hard acne, they always seem to be stubborn and will not go away easily no matter how hard we try. So, why are these acne so stubborn? How can we deal with them correctly?

How do red, swollen, and hard acne breakouts form?

The formation of acne is a complex process, usually related to factors such as excessive secretion of skin oil, keratinization of hair follicles, bacterial infection, etc. When the sebaceous glands secrete vigorously and the hair follicles are blocked, bacteria on the surface of the skin will take the opportunity to breed, triggering an inflammatory reaction and forming red, swollen, and hard lumps of acne.

Why does acne never go away?

1. Strong inflammatory response: Red, swollen, and hard pimples are usually accompanied by a stronger inflammatory response, which slows down the healing process of the pimples.

2. Bacterial infection: If the pimple is infected with bacteria, these bacteria will continue to multiply, causing the inflammation to worsen and the pimple will be difficult to heal.

3. Improper squeezing: Many people can't help but squeeze pimples with their hands when they appear. This not only fails to help the pimples heal but may aggravate inflammation and make the pimples more stubborn.

4. Bad living habits: Bad living habits, such as staying up late, irregular diet, excessive stress, etc., may to endocrine disorders and affect the healing of acne.
