Medical tape is a common first aid material. When dressing wounds, it is mainly used for infusion fixation catheters or needles and dressings. It can also be used for fixing various plasters.
The breathable tape is divided into four materials: non-woven (paper), perforated polyethylene (PE) tape, silk tape, and adhesive tape (zinc oxide tape).
The tapes of the four materials have different characteristics:
1. Non-woven tape: good tensile strength, not easy to break, suitable for sensitive skin, no residual adhesive after removal, easy to tear.
2. Perforated (PE) tape: easy-to-tear holes are uniform, easy to tear lines are not twisted. Longterm adopts unique microporous technology, which is more breathable, transparent, non-reflective, and easy to hide after application. It is suitable for fixed infusion and fixed dressing.
3. Silk tape: soft and comfortable, beautiful, easy to tear, hypoallergenic, good air permeability, and fixing solid force.
4. Rubber plaster (zinc oxide adhesive cotton tape): strong stickiness, not easy to break, good fixation, suitable for surgical plasterboard fixation.

Non-woven Fabric Rolls
The non-woven roll is made of spun lace non-woven fabric as the base material, coated with medical propionic acid pressure-sensitive adhesive, and cut into a medical application fixed dressing.
The non-woven film is divided into three types: standard type, water-repellent type, and waterproof type. The ordinary base material is 45-50g/㎡ spun lace non-woven fabric, and the water-repellent type base material is a water-repellent non-woven fabric. The waterproof type is a non-woven fabric compounded with highly breathable polyurethane film. Unlike other non-woven fabrics on the market, Longterm’s spun lace non-woven fabric adopts a two-way cross weaving method, which is not easy to lose hair. The specially formulated medical acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive has firm sticking, good repeatability, no warping, no falling off, soft, and no pain. The bottom paper is cut in an "S" shape, convenient for peeling and use. Various specifications are available for clinical use.
Medical Film Rolls
Membrane dressing products generally use a hydrophilic membrane, which will wrinkle after contact with water, and water will permeate due to enhanced air permeability. The hydrophobic membrane is used on surgical towels and damaging pressure drainage products. The clinical use scenarios of such products require the membrane to need a water-repellent tape. Primary use: fix medical catheters and medical dressings.
